How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Earn Real account and associated data at any time. Send an email from the phone number's registered email (or include your phone number in the body for verification) to:

support@earnreal.net

Use the subject line “Account deletion request”. We will confirm within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, avatar, phone number, country)
• Your coin balance and earnings history
• Your in-app transaction log (taps, spins, quiz rounds, daily claims)
• Your bug reports and support correspondence
• All authentication tokens and session data

What we retain (and why)

For legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting reasons we retain a minimal set of records after deletion:

• Completed voucher redemptions — redemption records (voucher code, amount, date, recipient email) are kept for up to 7 years to support tax reporting and dispute resolution. We do not retain your phone number on these records once your account is deleted.
• Anti-fraud signals — if your account was flagged or banned, we keep an anonymized fingerprint for up to 1 year to prevent re-registration abuse.
• Aggregated analytics — statistics computed across all users (e.g., daily active users) are kept indefinitely but contain no personal identifiers.

What you cannot recover

Once deletion is complete, your coin balance, streak, and unredeemed rewards are forfeited. Vouchers already issued to you (and already emailed) remain valid and usable. We cannot reverse a deletion request.
