1. What we collect

When you sign up we store your phone number (used for authentication) and an optional display name and avatar you choose. We also store your in-app activity — coin balance, transaction history, redemptions, streak, and bug reports you submit.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to operate the app: track your balance, send your Amazon Pay vouchers, prevent fraud, improve the experience, and respond to support requests.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your phone number with advertisers.

4. Advertising

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers to deliver relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in Google Firebase, with industry-standard access controls. Money-touching writes are server-side and audited. App Check protects against modified app builds.

6. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time. See our dedicated Delete your account page for the process and what gets retained for legal/accounting reasons. For data export or any other privacy question, contact support@earnreal.net.

7. Children

Earn Real is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes

We will update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
