1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Earn Real app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive Amazon Pay vouchers in your country to redeem rewards.

3. Earning Coins

Coins are awarded for in-app activities (tapping, spinning the wheel, completing math quizzes, daily logins). Coin values, limits, cooldowns and rewards can change at any time and are determined solely by us.

4. Redemption

Coins can be redeemed for Amazon Pay vouchers, subject to the minimum coin balance and per-day / per-month caps shown in the app. Vouchers are typically delivered to the email you supply within 24 hours. Redemptions cannot be cancelled or reversed once submitted.

5. Fair Use

You may not use bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients, multiple accounts, or any automated means to inflate your coin balance. Detected abuse may result in coin clawback, account suspension, or permanent ban without notice or refund.

6. Ads

The app is free to use and is funded by advertising. By using the app you consent to seeing interstitial, banner, and rewarded ads.

7. No Gambling

Earn Real is a free-to-play casual game. No purchase or deposit is required to earn or redeem coins. Coins have no monetary value outside the in-app redemption flow.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the system, or remain inactive for an extended period.

9. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from app use.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
